Production description:
400 series stainless steel is an alloy of iron, carbon and chromium. Because it does not contain nickel,
it is a nickel-saving stainless steel, also known as stainless steel. 400 series stainless steel has normal
magnetic properties because of its martensitic structure and iron.
400 series stainless steel has strong resistance to high temperature oxidation, and its physical and mechanical
properties are further improved compared with carbon steel. Most 400 series stainless steels can be heat treated.

Application:
1. 409 stainless steel : 409L has strong high temperature resistance, can achieve high-efficiency engine and
exhaust system, and reduce the thickness of the exhaust system, which can reduce exhaust emissions.
409L has low cost, good flexibility, high yield and easy replacement. It is a new environmentally friendly product.
2. 430 stainless steel: For building decoration, fuel burner parts, household appliances, home appliance parts.
430F is a steel grade with free cutting properties added to 430 steel, which is mainly used for automatic lathes, bolts and nuts.
3. 439 stainless steel: Elevator, escalator decorative panels; architectural decorative panels, such as decorative structural parts,
structural pipes; Automotive exhaust system components; washing machine inner tub
4. 441 stainless steel: Exhaust manifold, front pipe, CONVERTER, etc. of automobile exhaust system.
5. 443 stainless steel: Stainless steel 443 is a kind of ferritic stainless steel. It is generally used to replace 304.
Its rust resistance and processing performance are weaker than 304, but the price is lower. It is widely used in
electrical appliances, utensils, kitchen equipment, elevators, ovens and other fields.
